Purpose of role :
Handling the day to day administration of Commercial Insurance on behalf of the Account handling director.
Key customers :
Clients of the Account handling directors.
Key responsibilities :
Administering incoming post.
Marketing new enquiries and renewals to insurers.
Checking policy and other documentation and preparing Registers and renewal packs for the Account  handling Director.
Dealing with claims administration where required.
Required skills :
In depth knowledge of a wide range of Commercial Insurance.
Ability to liaise effectively with Clients and Insurers.
Ability to keep records in a neat and clear file record and use the computer to record data.
Ability to prioritise workloads to make sure that  arrangements are made in a timely and compliant  manner.
