Description
My Client is a UK based manufacturing consultancy. They work in all manufacturing sectors with particular expertise in the food industry, print, packaging and plastics. They are currently looking to recruit consultants to join its team. These roles are on a contract basis. UK travel involved. Role includes facilitation of Lean Manufacturing and Maintenance Improvement projects, delivery of training courses, training in, and project management of, CMMS projects at clients’ sites
· Ideally graduate engineer, however, demonstrable achievement, experience and sufficient level of skills may substitute
· Experience of Lean Manufacturing and/or world class maintenance techniques (to include RCM) and/or experience of successful establishment of maintenance management software applications (CMMS)
· Experience at practitioner and at management level
· >10 years in manufacturing for ‘modern’ manufacturing organisation where continuous improvement culture and empowerment of individuals were key aspects
· Daily rate of £325-£450 plus expenses dependant on experience and skills
