Manager / DEPUTY MANAGER / RGNS

The nursing home is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic Manager / Deputy Manager /  RGNs  with good communication skills and good leadership techniques to be part of their caring team.
 
The Manager position would interest an existing deputy manager or even an RGN looking to make a career progression.  The suitable candidates for all of the positions should be able to work well as part of a team and deliver excellence in quality of care.  
 
They offer an excellent salary package, training, and an excellent support network that will include  RGN’s, as well as carers and support staff within the company.   Career progression is available for those RGNs who wish to progress into management positions.



Deputy £11 - £13 per hour
RGN £10 - £11 per hour
Manager £22 -£30K per annum dependent upon experience
