Out of potentially 30+ applicants for your vacancy alone, only 6-8 will be passed on to you for interviewing. Our candidates will have been thoroughly interviewed and vetted for your exact requirement. Your vacancies will be advertised across both national and local job boards. However, we do not rely on direct applicants alone. An extensive candidate search will be carried out on day 1 matching your requirements with their skill sets. This is why the quality of our shortlist is extremely high.
